Dane's Surgery :(
Well i just wanted to give a little update for everyone about Dane. Well we found out on monday that he needs to have tubes in his ears and have his tonsils and adnoids out. His pediatrician thought the tubes were good but neglected to mention to the ENT doctor how big his tonsils are and that maybe they should come out too. He thinks that they might be a reason why he has a little bit of hearing problems and he has a massive amount of fluid in his ears. Needless to say our little boy is having some trouble. He has had 6 or so ear infections in 6 months. I think he has gone through more than he has needed to. He will go into surgery on Friday, March 6th to have everything done. All i can ask is that everyone thinks good thoughts and prays that he recovers good. I am afraid that he will not drink or eat so lets hope thats not the case. We will probably have to stay there for a good part of the day but will get to take him home that night. Our poor baby boy. He is such a trooper. Well keep him in your thoughts. Thanks!

Of course we will keep in our our thoughts, prays etc. Even though it is a common surgery, any surgery is a big deal. Poor guy. ENT's are always loving to take the tonsils out (and it is way better to do it when they are younger) Avery's are huge (like her mothers) and Ben is dying to take them out, even though she doesn't have any issues yet. Good luck with everything and if you ever need anything or have any questions at anytime of day or night you can call Ben (he's an ENT), everyone else does :)
